Our Rates

BOARDING
All base boarding fees include: feed daily 2-3x, hay, turn out, stall cleaning, blanketing, Boarding fees do not include: vet fees, farrier fees or lessons.

Basic Board - $1000 month
Includes feed daily 2-3x, hay, turn-out, stall cleaning, shavings, blanketing.

Consignment Board - $1,500 month
Includes base boarding services, plus: regular exercise, placement on the website, marketing, showing horse to prospective clients and management of the sale process.

Training Board...$1,300 month
Includes base boarding services, plus: regular exercise and two training rides per week.

Lessons
$75 per session

Training Rides
$50 per ride

SALES

  • Sale commission - 15% of gross sale or $2000, whichever is greater
  • Referral commission - 10% of gross sale
  • Finders fee - 10% plus travel expenses,
  • Travel fee - $250/day plus all travel expenses (food, lodging, transportation)

COACHING
Coaching per day - $ 150/day, per horse
Note: Coaching does not include lessons. Trainer food, lodging & transportation will be pro-rated between all horses.

SHOWING

  • Professional Ride - $35/class
  • Full Service Daycare at horse show - $125/day
    • (Before show) bathing, pack trunks/equipment, preparation of the van, preparation of shipping bandages/halters.
    • (During show) unloading horse, unloading equipment, show set-up, feeding, stall cleaning, hand walking, grooming, bathing, tack-up/un-tack, lunging, ring side groom, assistant to set jumps, blanketing, making braiding arrangements, providing basic equipment (fans, bandage racks, set-up equipment, etc.)
    • (After show) Unloading horse/pony, washing wraps/blankets/pads, cleaning van, unloading equipment/trunks.

SHOW LEASES
Lease of horse or pony for purpose of showing - $100-$500 per day
Note: Lease fee can be divided among multiple riders sharing one horse/pony.

SHIPPING
$2.00 per mile per horse

OTHER SHOW FEES
(pro-rated and billed at cost per horse/pony)

  • Veterinary expenses
  • Feed/Hay purchased at the show
  • Shavings
  • Paddock at show
  • Show supplies (shampoo, fly spray, liniment, poultice, etc.)
  • Medications
  • Farrier
  • Hotel/ staff expenses
